Testimonies

When you are going through a challenging time, it can feel as if nobody understands, especially when they have not gone through a similar experience. That’s why we wanted to bring you testimonies from NICU families who have experienced the tough journey and come out the other side with victory. We pray that these testimonies will bring you a new level of hope and comfort.

Jared & Brooke

After having some early complications in the pregnancy, as well as Brooke being labeled “high risk”, there was always a thought in the back of their mind that they would have a NICU stay. Brooke had a 17 day stay in the antepartum unit followed by an emergency C-section, but nothing would prepare them for another 85 days in the NICU. Hear their testimony how they relied on friends and family, but most importantly their faith.

Blake & Abby

With early warning signs in their pregnancy the likelihood of a NICU stay was an expectation that Blake and Abby learned early on. After early ultrasounds gave warnings of a lot of potential “life issues” for baby Lincoln, they prayed that much harder to give him the best possible outcome at a great life. With tough decisions that had to be made, listen to how they navigated their 24 day stay. Hear how all the “problems” turned into answered prayers and a baby boy that is thriving today.

Kalen & Melissa

After multiple years of trying to get pregnant the last thing Kalen and Melissa were expecting was a long NICU stay. With multiple challenges and setbacks during their journey the 28 days seemed to be endless. Coming in with a strong faith background they leaned on that more than ever, but those setbacks were definitely still challenging. Watch their story to help build your faith.

Derek & Sabrina

What a wild ride! Sabrina had a 55 day stay in antepartum which then led to their NICU stay of 97 days. With a story of low amniotic fluid and hospital bed rest, this story will give you hope if you are looking at an extended stay. Watch as they discuss how they overcame all the obstacles to have a successful stay and a thriving child.
